Mr. Sarthak Vijlani, Founder & Managing Director – A visionary, having an experience of over 15 years in financial services, debt syndication, issue management, buy-back, delisting, open offers, mergers and acquisitions. Valuing strong, long-term relationships over individual transactions helped him to promote and establish Navigant’s reputation for cutting edge client services. It is his vision that is the driving force behind the growth of Navigant Corporate Advisors Limited. A Qualified Chartered Accountant by profession, he leads our Company in overall planning, general business, generating strategies and identifying opportunities. His vast experience allows him to leverage his cross functional skills in Merchant Banking, Strategy & Networking and is the guiding force of Navigant.

- Mr. Gagan Goel, Associate Director – He is member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (CS), a Law Graduate (L.L.B.) and post graduate in Business Policy & Corporate Governance, M.Com (BPCG)) with more than 11 years of experience in Corporate and Security laws. He has rich experience in the field of Listing of Shares at various Stock Exchanges in India including BSE / NSE / MSEI / CSE, Due Diligence, Public Issues and other business restructurings under SEBI regulations and other corporate Laws. His vast experience allows him to leverage his cross functional skills in Investment Banking Activities, Strategy & Networking and is the guiding force of the Company.
